India celebrated her Independence Day on August 15. We had no classes so we went to a small field for the Independence Day program, together with our hostel mates. The program was short, a speech by the Vice Chancellor of the University, a drill exhibition by the kids in the campus school, and an dance item after that. We had fun taking pictures with our friends and enjoying a day off from the pressure of studies. Here are some of the pictures we took.
